Holy Spirit Hospital offers a convenient way for you to pay your bills. With online bill pay you can pay your bills securely and quickly. You can choose to make a one-time payment or you can enroll in Customer Console, which allows you to make payments on multiple accounts and/or receive billing statements electronically.

What bills can be paid online?

Currently only Holy Spirit Hospital patients can pay their bills online.  Patients receiving other bills from the following providers can contact them directly at the numbers below.  Please look at your billing statement(s) for the provider’s logo to assure you are contacting the correct provider.

What information will I need prior to paying my bill?

For Just Pay It or first-time users to Customer Console you will need to have a copy of your statement in front of you for the following information:

Account number, date of service, dollar amount of the bill to pay and patient name. Please be sure to use all capital letters when entering your name exactly as it appears on the statement.

If you do not have a statement at this time you can contact our customer service center @ 717-763-2138 for the information needed.

What methods can I use to pay my bill online?

You can pay by credit card/check card, checking or savings account. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX) or Discover. 

If you prefer to pay by checking or savings you will need to have your routing number for the bank and your account number.  This information can be found at the bottom of your check and if you are unsure of which number is which there is a link during the payment process that will show you where to find these.  If you are using your savings account information and do not know your routing number, please contact your bank for this information prior to starting the payment process.

What if I cannot pay my balance in full?

If you find that you are in a financial hardship and unable to pay your bill, please review our financial assistance policy. If you are able to pay your bill but need to make monthly installment payments, please contact our customer service center to set up a payment plan. They will explain to you how to set up payment arrangements according to our guidelines. Please note that by scheduling a payment to occur in Customer Console, your bill will not be set up on a payment plan and you will continue to go through the collections cycle until you contact one of our customer service agents.  Our customer service agents can be reached at 717-763-2138 from 8 a.m. -  4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to set up a payment plan.
