Our HealthCare Referral & Health Information Center can help meet your needs. Are you looking for a physician who will accept your health insurance? A physician who is board certified? Maybe you would like a physician who is located close to your home or office. Would you prefer a female physician?

We Can
  • Refer you to a physician - and even set up your first appointment.
  • Send you information on more than 6,300 health topics and medications, written in laymen's terms (which can be faxed or mailed to your home or office).
  • Connect you to support groups at the hospital and within the community.
  • Give you information on family health screenings and CPR classes.
