LAP-BAND® Adjustable Gastric Banding System Now Offered by Kunkel Surgical Group
The Kunkel Surgical Group, Carlisle and Camp Hill, has added the LAP-BAND® Adjustable Gastric Banding System to its array of surgical services. Drs. J. Bret DeLone, Richard Griffiths, and Paul Kunkel now perform this minimally invasive procedure at Holy Spirit Hospital.
Orthopedic Physicians to Open Office in Holy Spirit Carlisle Center
Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania (OIP) will open an office in the Holy Spirit Carlisle Center, 1211 Forge Road, Carlisle, on April 1. Six doctors from OIP will see patients several days a week, treating spine, foot and ankle, hand and upper extremity and sports medicine health needs.
Carlisle Family Health Center Hours Expand in March
On Sunday, March 4, the Carlisle Family Health Center, 1211 Forge Road, Carlisle, will expand its hours to Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, from noon to 8 p.m.

Spirit Girls' Night Out to be Held in Carlisle
Holy Spirit Health System’s Spirit of Women program is hosting Spirit Girls’ Night Out on Friday, March 9, from 6 to 9 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. This free event will be held at the Hotel Carlisle (formerly the Embers Convention Center), 1700 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle.
Holy Spirit’s Carlisle Center Adding New Services January 18
The Holy Spirit Carlisle Center will open its imaging and lab services on Wednesday, January 18. This new center is located at 1211 Forge Road, Carlisle, near Westminster and York Roads.
Holy Spirit Carlisle Center to Open on December 19
The Holy Spirit Carlisle Center will open on Monday, December 19. This new center is located at 1211 Forge Road, Carlisle, near Westminster and York Roads. The center will include family medicine and walk-in care, imaging and lab services, routine EKGs, and specialty physicians. These services will be opening progressively over the next several months.
