<p>Holy Spirit Health System offers a free support group for pregnant women and new mothers. Mothers can bring their babies up to 15 months old. “Mom’s Place” is for women who feel overwhelmed, sad, worried, or need extra support. “Mom’s Place” meets every Tuesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at 20 Erford Road, Suite 11, Lemoyne.</p>

<p>“Mom’s Place” is led by a clinician from Holy Spirit Hospital’s Behavioral Health department. The group is educational, supportive, and fun. Light refreshments are provided. “Mom’s Place” also hosts family night where women can bring partners or spouses. For more information, please call 763-2200.</p>

The most common symptoms are cramping, pain or tiredness in the leg or hip muscles.&nbsp; PAD often goes undiagnosed and can lead to amputation and/or stroke or heart attack. </em></p>

<p>Safe Sitter® teaches young teens (11-14) everything they need to know to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting.</p>

<p>Students learn life-saving skills such as how to rescue someone who’s choking, and helpful information like what to do if there’s severe weather. The lessons are filled with fun activities and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use CPR manikins to practice CPR or choking rescue!</p>

<p>Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except for holidays) from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Holy Spirit Hospital Auditorium, which is located at 503 N. 21st Street, Camp Hill. During the last 30 minutes of each session, professional counselors are available to talk with attendees.</p>

<p>Is your Atrial Fibrillation treated optimally? Join us for an our monthly support group and learn better A-Fib management. Meetings include a discussion with heart rhythm experts including: Safwat Gassis, MD, FACC,&nbsp;FHRS; David Man, MD, FACC; and Stacey Solomon, RN-BC of the Holy Spirit Atrial Fibrillation Center.</p>

<p>A-Fib is the most common heart rhythym disorder, and is associated with a five-fold increased risk of heart failure.&nbsp;But A-Fib is treatable. Therapies can substantially reduce symptoms, the risk of stroke, and the risk of heart failure.&nbsp; Attend to learn how you can optimally treat your A-Fib.</p>
