Gatesman Named Vice President at Holy Spirit Health System

David Gatesman has been promoted from director of imaging, sleep, cardiac and vascular imaging, and physician liaison services to vice president of professional services at Holy Spirit Health System. In his new role, Gatesman will be responsible for imaging services, laboratory, behavioral health, rehabilitative services, pastoral care, and pharmacy services. In addition to these, he will also continue to oversee Holy Spirit’s physician liaison and sleep center programs.

“As our organization grows, we will continue to embrace the evolving health care landscape,” said Richard Schaffner, senior vice president and COO, Holy Spirit Health System. “Our outpatient presence has grown substantially over the past few years, and we believe our Professional Services division requires a dedicated executive to further develop these critical services.”

Gatesman received his MBA from the University of Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and his bachelor’s degree in business management from Houghton College, Houghton, NY. He served in the United States Army from 1985 to 1989. He graduated from the Bradford Hospital School of Radiography, Bradford, Pa. Gatesman is a graduate of Leadership Cumberland.
