Holy Spirit Health System seeks to build lifelong partnerships to provide the finest healthcare for our surrounding communities. A patient’s medical needs are often greater than their ability to pay and your donation will ensure that affordable, high quality healthcare services are accessible to those in need. Your donation could also help us to improve health, prevent disease, and enhance quality of life.
There are many ways to give. All donations will be listed in the Annual Report.
The following levels will be recognized on our Wall of Recognition:
Foundation $5,000 +
Cornerstone $1,000 - $4,999
Pillar $500 - $999
Benefactor $200 - $499
Ways to Give
Cash Contributions: Gifts made with a check or credit card immediately go to work for Holy Spirit. You can even GIVE ONLINE NOW.
Tribute Giving: Whether honoring friends on a special occasion or celebrating the memory of a loved one, a tribute gift is a wonderful way to offer a lasting tribute. Cards acknowledging the tribute are sent to the person honored or the family of the person memorialized. Gift amounts are not disclosed. If making your gift online, be sure to fill out the tribute information.
Gift in Kind: These are donations of tangible person property.
Matching Gifts: Your company may double your contribution to Holy Spirit Health System. Ask your Human Resources Office whether your employer has such a program; if so please send a matching gift form to Holy Spirit’s Development Office.
Estates and Bequests: Consider making a gift from your estate to Holy Spirit. It can be a means of making a larger gift during your lifetime. The simplest method is by making a bequest through your will. It can be a specific amount or a percentage of your estate. You can do this by simply adding a codicil to your existing will.
Life Insurance or Retirement Plans: Naming Holy Spirit as a beneficiary of an insurance policy or a retirement account.
Gift Annuity: A way of making a gift, but also receiving income during your life time. Often times, the payment rates are higher than Certificates of Deposit or other fixed income vehicles.
