Dillsburg Family Health Center Adds Physician and Nurse Practitioner

Edward Fleming, MD, and Elizabeth Frace Jones, MSN, RN, recently joined Drs. Vanitha Abraham and Lori Wallower at Dillsburg Family Health Center. 

Dr. Fleming completed his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University/Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency, Front Royal, Va., and at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Allentown, Pa.  He received his medical doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Medicine, Toledo, Ohio, and his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh; Pittsburgh, Pa. He is also trained in using Creighton Model Fertility Care Medicine and NaProTechnologyä, a fully integrated approach to women’s health that is completely pro-life in its outlook and the techniques it employs. It is particularly useful for evaluating and treating infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, endometriosis, irregular periods, PMS, ovarian cysts, and PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), as well as for family planning.

Dr. Fleming is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Most recently, Jones was a registered nurse in the Medical and Surgical Intensive Care Units at Holy Spirit Hospital. Jones received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Widener University, Harrisburg, Pa. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University, Villanova, Pa., and her Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Fla.

Jones is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners of Central Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practioners.
