The Carlisle Family Health Center, as well as other services and physician specialists are found at the Holy Spirit Carlisle Center. The Carlisle Family Health Center offers family medicine visits by appointment and walk-in health care for patients who need same-day medical treatment. Expert specialty services conveniently located in the same building includes imaging, lab and routine EKG services, surgical services, breast care, vascular services and electrophysiology.

Family Health with Walk-In Care

No appointments necessary. If you need to be seen right away, you can turn to our walk-in center, which offers same-day medical treatment with no appointment necessary (if you have a primary care physician, a summary of medical treatment will be sent to him or her). Family medicine visits are available by appointment.

Hours:	Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Imaging

Advanced imaging services are available with no appointment necessary. Procedures offered include MRI, CT, 3D and 4D ultrasound, full-body bone densitometry, digital X-ray, and digital mammography with computer-aided detection.

Lab Services

Most laboratory services, including specimen draws and collection, are available without an appointment.

Routine EKG Services

An appointment is required for EKG services.

Specialty Physician Services

Several types of specialty care are offered in the Carlisle Center. An appointment must be made for all services, which include surgical procedures, breast care, vascular care, and electrophysiology.
